Taste of Home Cooking School is coming to La Crosse!

I enjoy reading magazines, especially "Taste of Home." It's great if you are looking for some easy down-to-earth recipes. I even had one of my recipes published once! Anyways, as I was driving into work, I heard an ad on the radio. It announced that the "Taste of Home Cooking School" is coming to the La Crosse Center! If anyone wants to come with me, let me know and we can carpool. Tickets can be bought online here: http://www.ticketmaster.com/event/07004522D88F98A3?&camefrom=CFC_BUYAT_mwfb)

Happy October!

"Don't you love New York in the fall? It makes me wanna buy school supplies. I would send you a bouquet of newly sharpened pencils if I knew your name and address." - Tom Hanks as Joe Fox (You've Got Mail, 1998)

Imagine that....It's only October 2nd and I've already been bitten by a strangely fimilar bug. As I walk through the narrow aisles of the Saturday Farmers Market, I enhale a waft of crisp cold air. To my delight, I let out a heavy sneeze and then smile, releaved to know that summer is well gone and the delightful misery of Fall allergies is swiftly upon us.
